Responsibilities

Subcontractor Orchestration: Manage the daily operations of 10+ independent trade contractors. Ensure clear demarcation of scope and prevent trade interference
Comprehensive Schedule Integration: Consolidate individual subcontractor schedules into a unified master timeline. Manage critical path dependencies across all 10+ trades
Quality Control: Conduct daily inspections to ensure all work meets Commonwealth of Pennsylvania standards and project-specific requirements
Large-Scale Logistics: Coordinate complex material staging and equipment mobilization for a $20M+ site footprint within a high-traffic environment
Safety Enforcement: Implement and enforce a site-specific safety plan. Ensure total compliance with OSHA and state-mandated safety protocols
Documentation: Maintain accurate daily logs, including manpower counts, site conditions, progress photos, and incident reports
Executive Reporting: Provide high-level progress updates and risk assessments to the Project Manager and Atlantic leadership regarding subcontractor performance and budget adherence

Required

Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial construction
Minimum 5 years in a Lead Superintendent capacity on projects exceeding $10M
