Provides training, support and troubleshooting to end users
Documents user interface issues and may recommend steps to prevent recurrences
Generates reports as requested, including writing preliminary specifications for system modifications
Assists with the planning, design, development, and installation of assigned systems
Tests and troubleshoots existing and proposed systems
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
One (1) year of relevant work experience
Requires critical thinking skills, effective communication skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision
Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action
May require specialized knowledge of a business line
