Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
Create technical specifications, process flows, and data flow diagrams
Architect, design, develop, test, and implement application enhancements
Define and enforce application architecture and coding standards
Review code and testing results produced by development teams
Design and maintain database objects including tables, views, stored procedures, functions, and indexes
Coordinate and execute Unit, System, and Stress Testing
Provide day-to-day production support and resolve application issues
Implement business-requested changes and system improvements
Ensure clear documentation and effective knowledge transfer to technical teams
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in PowerBuilder application development and architecture
Strong hands-on experience with PowerBuilder (v10.5 preferred)
Extensive experience with SQL and database design
Proven expertise designing and supporting multi-tier enterprise applications
Experience working within structured Project Management methodologies
Strong communication, documentation, and team collaboration skills
