As an Associate in the team the Department Manager will lean on you heavily to support the existing team of junior Engineers
Be involved with client-facing & project management activities
Support more complex engineering design tasks
Train & mentor junior Engineers, perform QA/QC reviews, etc
Qualification
Required
PE preferred, or on PE track
Revit expertise
Long-term track record working as a Mechanical Engineer within MEP Firms
Prior management / team leadership exposure
