Responsibilities
Run multimodal transport: parcel, LTL, FTL, air freight, specialty loads
Build and manage hazmat logistics processes, including lithium batteries
Develop routing standards, packaging requirements, and SOPs
Track performance, costs, and service levels, driving continuous improvement
Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and test teams to support fast-moving programs
Qualification
Required
7+ years in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations
Experience with hazmat programs and regulations (DOT, PHMSA, IATA)
Strong carrier management and multimodal freight experience
Ability to operate in a high‑pace technical environment
