11+ years expVTG is seeking a Systems Engineer for a technical development program supporting the Sponsor’s Entitlement Programs. The role involves working with a large team to manage system builds, testing, maintenance, and ensuring compliance with architecture and requirements.

Responsibilities
Build outs, testing, maintenance, and monitoring of systems
Requirements Decomposition
Ensure designs are compatible with the architecture and allocated requirements to segments
Address user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate and improve existing systems and review computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations
Perform functional analysis, timeline analysis, cost estimation, requirements allocation, and interfaced definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications
Identify system integrity issues and solutions for the full system life cycles from concept to disposal
Integrate systems and services as well as summarize and communicate results
Support the development, documentation, and execution of system policies
Support the ATO / Accreditation effort for customer systems and applications
Perform analysis and create/update system and workflow documentation after each iteration or changes (when applicable)
Perform application demos/trainings and documentation to end users and customers as required
Support the release cadence with release notes documentation and end user communication
Qualification
Required
Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required
Requires BS degree and 11-15 years of prior relevant experience
Experience with the Cloud / Amazon Web Services
Experience with SQL
Agile Methodology / Jira, Confluence; ServiceNow (ESP)
Experience with Terraform and/or Cloud Formation
DevSecOps
Experience with CLSE
Experience providing Linux Administration
Must be familiar with security accreditation process (Experience with Security Tools and Processes; RMF, NIST, Accreditation Apps (Xacta; GreenLight), System Scanning, Vulnerability Scanning; Plan of Action & Milestone (POAM) tracking
Excellent customer support and attention to detail – Tier 3 and Tier 4 level support to team and customer base
Provide Release Management for deployment readiness, coordination and activities (will require some late-night activities; typically, once a month – 5pm – 9pm)
Preferred
Experience with IdAM / ICAM delivery systems, Authentication, Authorization, Attributes
Entitlement Management and Digital Policy Management
LDAP Experience is a plus
