Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for small business customers, delivering exceptional customer service and sales support
Lead, train, and manage new and existing customer service/sales agents
Develop and implement training materials and coaching strategies to improve team performance
Monitor team productivity, customer satisfaction, and sales outcomes
Attend business meetings with partners and clients
Represent the company at industry conferences and events, including travel to other states
Assist with onboarding, scheduling, and performance evaluations
Collaborate with leadership to improve processes and customer experience
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in customer service, sales, or team leadership
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead, motivate, and train a team
Comfortable working directly with small business customers
Willingness to travel for conferences and meetings
Organized, reliable, and solution-oriented
Preferred
Experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred
