Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional service and support to Private Bankers, Financial Advisors, and Service Professionals
Work closely with Sales and internal partners to manage complex transactions effectively
Prepare and provide Bank Reference Letters and Letters of Intent as necessary
Review and approve Power of Attorney on client SBL accounts
Develop and deliver SBL training content for presentations to Sales partners
Analyze business trends using data, creating reports and presentations for management
Assist with various projects and reporting, including detailed presentations on team performance and strategy
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of experience in the banking/finance industry
Bachelor's degree (BA or BS)
Preferred
Background in customer support and operations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional client service aptitude
Strong problem-solving skills with creative and thoughtful solutions
Self-starter with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with Tableau, Access, and SharePoint is a plus
