Director of CRM & Ecommerce
Chantecaille is a luxury beauty brand known for its botanical beauty products and conservation efforts. The Director of CRM & Ecommerce will drive the strategic vision and execution of customer growth across paid media, CRM, and client experience, enhancing client loyalty and digital presence.
Responsibilities
Define and own the North America paid media strategy across social, search, programmatic, affiliate, and retail media channels to drive brand penetration
Develop full-funnel campaign frameworks to drive awareness, consideration, conversion, and retention with clear KPIs
Oversee agency and platform partners, ensuring delivery against awareness, CVR (with eComm), and ROI goals
Partner with creative and brand marketing to craft digital stories that reflect Chantecaille’s commitment to luxury and philanthropy
Manage agency partners, negotiating contracts and ensuring data-driven optimizations
Lead quarterly performance reviews to align on spend efficiency, customer acquisition cost, and return on ad spend
Build and scale a holistic CRM strategy to enhance personalization and lifetime value through email, SMS, and clienteling programs
Define audience strategies to enhance targeting and campaign performance
Partner with Global and Regional teams to translate the group’s CRM framework into a Chantecaille-specific journey with luxury nuance
Create a robust annual CRM calendar integrated with campaigns, launches, and retail activations
Oversee segmentation, data quality, and KPI tracking with the Analytics team
Develop post-campaign analysis and present insights that influence future strategy and cross-functional decisions
Ensure CRM compliance and data governance in accordance with GDPR, CCPA, and BDF policies
Represent the voice of the customer within the NA leadership team to guide marketing strategy
Co-create elevated client experiences and events that translate brand heritage into emotional connection and advocacy
Partner with Education and Field Sales to deliver luxury execution across in-store and digital client journeys
Oversee development of VIP and top-client programs to increase retention and share of wallet
Integrate CRM insights into experience planning for maximum relevance and impact
Lead a team of Paid Media and CRM specialists; foster a culture of curiosity and excellence
Collaborate with Creative, Digital, eCommerce, and Global Marketing to ensure a consistent brand voice across all channels
Present performance dashboards and strategic updates to executive leadership on a quarterly basis
Partner with Finance on budget management and ROI forecasting
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in Paid Media and CRM, preferably in luxury beauty or fashion
Deep understanding of omnichannel customer journeys and first-party data ecosystems
Proven track record leading multi-market media campaigns with measurable ROI
Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, Google Ads, Meta Suite, and programmatic platforms
Exceptional analytical and presentation skills; comfortable translating data into strategy
Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities in a matrixed organization
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
