Responsibilities
Install, configure, and support network infrastructure including switches, routers, wireless access points, and firewalls from leading vendors such as Arista, Cisco, Palo Alto, and others
Troubleshoot network performance issues and implement corrective actions to restore optimal operation
Assist in the deployment and maintenance of enterprise-class architectures including BGP, VXLAN/EVPN, SD-WAN, cloud edge networking, and data center fabrics
Perform hardware and software upgrades, including OS updates, patches, and configuration changes
Document network configurations, diagrams, and change records clearly and accurately
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including systems engineers, project managers, and security engineers—to deliver integrated solutions
Provide support with minimal supervision and escalate issues appropriately to Senior Engineers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
6+ years of experience in networking roles
Familiarity with leading industry technologies and vendors, including Arista, Cisco, Palo Alto, Juniper, and others
Ability to install and configure switches, routers, access points, and related infrastructure hardware
Understanding of networking protocols, routing technologies, and best practices
Preferred
Advanced switching and routing (BGP, OSPF, EVPN, VXLAN)
Firewalling and security architecture using Palo Alto Networks
SD‑WAN technologies
Experience designing or supporting multi‑tenant data center environments
Wireless networking with enterprise platforms
Cloud networking and hybrid connectivity
Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Arista ACE, Palo Alto PCNSA/PCNSE, or equivalent
