Responsibilities

Manage a full docket of Workers’ Compensation cases from intake through hearings, negotiations, and resolution
Evaluate claims, develop case strategy, and maintain accurate case plans and timelines
Prepare pleadings, motions, medical and wage-loss documentation, and settlement submissions
Communicate with clients regarding case status, expectations, and next steps in a clear and professional manner
Coordinate with medical providers, experts, and opposing counsel to advance claims efficiently
Handle auto accident litigation, slip and fall matters, and other personal injury litigation as needed
Prepare for and participate in hearings, conferences, and negotiations to drive favorable outcomes
Maintain strong organization and file management to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work product

Required

3–5 years of relevant legal experience
Demonstrated experience handling Workers' Compensation cases
New Jersey Bar admission required

Excellent client-service mindset and communication skills
Strong legal research and writing ability, with attention to detail and follow-through

Preferred

New York licensure preferred (or ability/interest to obtain if applicable)
