Responsibilities

Improving the structure and accuracy of reference content within Veeva Vault Medical
Enhancing the Literature Alert Bulletin and supporting literature search processes
Assisting in streamlining reporting for Medical Information and review activities
Supporting Medical Affairs initiatives such as call center insights, metrics, training, and audit readiness

Required

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, biomedical sciences, public health, or a related field
Interest in Medical Affairs, Medical Information, or scientific communications
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to analyze scientific literature and summarize key findings
Comfortable working in databases or content management systems (experience with Veeva Vault is a plus but not required)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
