As an Intern in Policy Administration Business Intelligence & Analytics, you will support data-driven initiatives by assisting with analysis, research, and project execution to improve processes and enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational and service initiatives through data analysis and research
Collect, validate, and analyze data to support business cases and performance improvement efforts
Assist with project execution by tracking milestones, documenting findings, and preparing updates and deliverables
Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency, and enhanced customer experience
Conduct research and benchmarking on industry practices and peer comparisons
Prepare clear reports, presentations, and maintain project documentation
Apply problem-solving skills to research and help resolve issues
Take on additional project-based work as needed to support team and company goals
Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment aligned with EquiTrust’s core values
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Currently enrolled and rising junior or senior at an accredited university
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in a field related to analytics, data, business, or technology
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines independently and as part of a team
Comfort working collaboratively with diverse teams and perspectives
Attention to detail and commitment to quality work
Willingness to learn, adapt, and seek feedback for continuous improvement
Alignment with EquiTrust's values of integrity, teamwork, accountability, leadership, and passion
