Responsibilities
Work closely with the General Manager to uphold service excellence, operational efficiency, and authentic guest experience
Help lead hotel and restaurant operations while performing functions related to Accounting, Payroll, Recruitment, Onboarding, Training, Employee Relations, and Labor Law compliance
Qualification
Required
A minimum of three years of experience in hotel operations or a highly customer-facing service environment is required
Demonstrated supervisory or leadership experience
Strong background in front-of-house operations, guest interactions, and service recovery
Proficiency with PMS, POS, timekeeping systems, and Microsoft Office
Preferred
A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
Experience with accounting, payroll, or HR functions beneficial
Experience with Toast preferred
A candidate with previous experience in a boutique or full-service hotel is a plus
