Responsibilities
Design safe, economical, and code-compliant steel structures and connections
Review project drawings, models, and RFIs for constructability and design accuracy
Provide technical support throughout the construction process, including site visits
Manage design budgets and coordinate effectively with project managers and clients
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited institution
5+ years of experience in structural steel design
Proficiency in Tekla, RISA, RAM or similar structural analysis software AutoCAD, and Bluebeam
Experience with industrial, commercial, and residential steel and concrete projects
Design safe, economical, and code-compliant steel structures and connections
Review project drawings, models, and RFIs for constructability and design accuracy
Provide technical support throughout the construction process, including site visits
Manage design budgets and coordinate effectively with project managers and clients
Preferred
PE licensure preferred but not required
