Responsibilities

Reviewing invoices for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with plan benefits
Communicating with claimants, providers, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies
Approving or denying claims based on established policies and procedures
Entering claim data with precision and efficiency
Identifying potential fraud or misuse and escalating concerns appropriately
Supporting customer service efforts by helping resolve claim-related inquiries

Qualification

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong computer and navigation skills

Preferred

Experience in healthcare, disability, dental, long-term care, or insurance claims
