Lead the development of 360-degree communications strategies that advance social change at every scale
Serve as a trusted advisor to a diverse portfolio of clients—from state-level civic tech startups to multilateral global foundations
Leverage a bi-focal network of media contacts
Partner with senior leadership to scale an Integrated Advocacy desk
Lead cross-functional account teams with a focus on agility
Directly manage and empower a team of account leaders
Qualification
Required
At least 10 years of experience in PR and communications
Proven track record in both domestic political/civic campaigns and international social impact work
Ability to architect a Get Out the Vote digital campaign and a global crisis response
Experience serving as a trusted advisor to a diverse portfolio of clients
Ability to use data-driven insights for advocacy
Leverage a bi-focal network of media contacts
Experience in scaling an Integrated Advocacy desk
Ability to lead cross-functional account teams
Experience managing and empowering a team of account leaders
Ability to set a big-picture global strategy and pivot to tactical media activation
Master of code-switching across audiences
Deep understanding of the 2026 U.S. political landscape
Working knowledge of major global flashpoints
Ability to manage the financial and administrative health of high-stakes accounts
