Responsibilities
Implement user stories (basis available capacity)
Provide technical guidance to involved team members
Come up with scalable, and efficient architecture/ designs for Blue Prism RPA BOTs/solutions
Get them reviewed & sing off from involved Architects and client stakeholders
Conduct code/ solution reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
Troubleshoot reported application issues/ tickets and provide effective solutions
Lead, mentor, and motivate aligned team of developers
Tasks delegation and tracking
Facilitate team communication and collaboration
Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements and timelines
Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and participate in agile ceremonies and provide regular project updates
This role will design and develop Blue Prism RPA BOTs/solutions
Implementing end-to-end process automation using Blue Prism RPA and/or other intelligent automation technologies
Interfacing with customer and work with various customer internal teams, coordinate and get the changes completed as required
Should be good in communication and have worked with Customer directly
Able to work independently
Developing Blue Prism RPA -based solutions
Performing code reviews for other RPA developers
Conducting root cause analysis for any BOT outages
Restoring services in the event of an outage
Reviewing BOT performance and suggesting improvements
Reviewing Environment performance, provide recommendations on sizing, and identify resource needs prior to bottlenecks
Work with teams in different time zones
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience (4-5+ years with Blue Prism as most recent experience)
Blue Prism RPA development and maintenance
Implement user stories based on available capacity
Provide technical guidance to involved team members
Come up with scalable and efficient architecture/designs for Blue Prism RPA BOTs/solutions
Get designs reviewed and signed off from involved Architects and client stakeholders
Conduct code/solution reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
