Account Executive - Outside Sales
Common Waste is a diverse trash management company that provides a range of services including compactors, trash collection, and recycling solutions. They are seeking a full-time Account Executive specializing in Outside Sales to identify new business opportunities, conduct sales presentations, manage client accounts, and generate leads while building and maintaining customer relationships.

Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Sales Presentations and effectively communicating value propositions to clients
Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and building lasting client relationships
Expertise in New Business Development and identifying opportunities for growth
Experience in Lead Generation and creating a pipeline of potential customers
Proven ability in Account Management to nurture and expand client partnerships
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills
Goal-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking processes is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
