Responsibilities
Understand questions from Policyholders, Brokers, and Providers about implementation, enrollment, and billing, and provide clear, accurate answers by researching and resolving issues
Review submitted information and contact Policyholders or Brokers when details are missing or unclear to make sure requests are handled correctly
Explain benefits eligibility and business processes to Policyholders and Brokers to help them understand and navigate services
Handle complaints or errors professionally, turning issues into positive experiences through strong customer service
Work closely with internal teams and external partners to build positive relationships and support department goals
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated empathy and a strong customer service mindset, with the ability to understand customer needs and deliver supportive, solutions-oriented experiences
Strong attention to detail and sound judgment, with the ability to make well-reasoned decisions and provide high-quality, thorough customer service
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Ability to multitask effectively, work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing customer needs
