Responsibilities
Define and drive the technical execution of multiple engineering workstreams, ensuring alignment with real estate business cycles (leasing, acquisition, and construction)
Act as the primary translator between software developers, data engineers, and real estate stakeholders (Asset Managers, Brokers, and Property Managers)
Lead the technical integration of third-party real estate systems (e.g., Yardi, MRI, or VTS) with internal proprietary platforms
Manage programs involving IoT deployments, building automation, and sustainability/ESG tracking technology across our portfolio
Oversee technical due diligence and ensure all programs comply with data privacy laws (GDPR/SOC2) and real estate industry standards
Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies within technical teams to increase velocity and ensure the high-quality delivery of property-facing products
Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience managing large-scale, complex software or infrastructure programs
3+ years of specific experience within the Real Estate or PropTech sectors
Mastery of Jira and Confluence for tracking technical roadmaps and documentation
Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and data pipelines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational, problem solver, and analytical abilities
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
