Responsibilities

Gather and document business and functional requirements for digital platforms

Translate requirements into user stories, process flows, and basic wireframes

Collaborate with stakeholders, designers, developers, and QA teams

Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stand-ups

Assist with UAT planning, execution, and defect triage

Ensure solutions align with usability, accessibility, SEO, and performance standards

Required

Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, and wireframing tools

Preferred

Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
