Responsibilities

Partner with manufacturing teams to optimize processes and workflows
Assist in developing and implementing production solutions
Conduct data analysis to improve efficiency and reduce waste
Shadow engineers to gain insights into manufacturing operations
Complete a capstone intern project and present results to leadership

Required

Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field)
Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA (on a 4.0 scale)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Collaborative mindset with a willingness to take initiative
Ability to work on-site at one of our locations for the duration of the program

Preferred

Familiarity with CAD software and lean manufacturing principles
