Supporting clients through all phases of real estate transactions and contributing to high-quality, practical legal solutions
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active bar membership in the relevant state, or eligibility for admission
5–7+ years of experience handling commercial real estate transactions, preferably in a law firm or in-house setting
Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and other general commercial real estate matters
Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team
Strong communication skills and a client-service mindset
