The Director of Business Development will lead strategic initiatives to identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with key accounts.

Qualification
Required
Proven expertise in New Business Development and Business Planning to identify and secure growth opportunities
Experience in Lead Generation and building relationships to establish a strong client base
Strong skills in Contract Negotiation and Account Management to maintain and grow client relationships
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across teams and build partnerships
Strategic, results-driven mindset with solid problem-solving abilities
Preferred
Knowledge or experience in green and sustainable solutions is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
