Responsibilities
Be a key externally facing part of the +Oscar organization, and be able to interface with clinical, marketing, and operational stakeholders at clients teams to bring campaign solutions to their challenges
Work closely with Associate Director of Solutions Design and Technical team to project manage campaigns to be delivered in a timely manner
Own client engagement by expanding our footprint with broader stakeholders
Expand +O’s footprint within the organization to identify other campaigns to execute on
Partner with leadership to consult, recommend and upsell other +Oscar products to clients
Aggregate and synthesize client insights and feedback, campaign design and results to help influence Product roadmap
Own Quarterly Business Reviews and Translating Performance back to the client, working closely with the technical and data team with review Solutions Design team members
Execute +Oscar consulting services as it relates to workflow consulting, campaign ideation, and strategy
Design data specs and partner with client and internal teams to ensure data pipelines are optimized for client specific use case
Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree & 3+ years of work experience in a cross-functional role in healthcare (technology ideally)
2+ years of experience partnering directly with clients and translating client requirements to business/technical requirements
2+ years of working with challenges of payors and providers
Preferred
Experience managing work independently and working cross-functionally
Strong familiarity with technical concepts and experience working side-by-side with engineers to explain software requirements to a non-technical audience
Experience building strong partnerships with counterparts in other functions and contributing to cross-functional initiatives in a collaborative manner
Clear and effective communicator both verbal and written
Ability to prioritize based on the needs and strategy of the team
