Responsibilities
Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models using Tekla Structures for structural concrete projects
Produce accurate shop drawings, embeds, rebar layouts, and concrete details
Coordinate models with project managers, engineers, and field teams
Review construction documents and translate design intent into constructible models
Support clash detection, constructability reviews, and model based coordination
Update models throughout the project lifecycle to reflect changes and as builts
Assist with quantity takeoffs and material coordination as needed
Participate in coordination meetings with internal teams and external partners
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a BIM Modeler focused on structural concrete
Strong hands on experience with Tekla Structures required
Experience modeling large scale concrete systems such as foundations, cores, columns, slabs, and rebar
Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and specifications
Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively with project teams
Comfortable working in an office and jobsite environment as needed
