Handle commercial litigation matters from early stages through resolution
Work across contract disputes, business torts, and partnership/shareholder conflicts
Take ownership of motions, hearings, and discovery with real courtroom exposure
Manage an active caseload while receiving strong partner support
Engage directly with clients — associates are visible, trusted, and empowered
Qualification
Required
3+ years of litigation experience
Experience with commercial disputes (contracts, fraud, fiduciary duties, governance)
Able to manage a high-volume docket efficiently and independently
Admitted in Massachusetts (or eligible)
Team-first mindset — collaborative, grounded, and professional
Preferred
Exposure to real estate, land use, or insurance-related litigation
Trial experience (supported and coached if limited)
Broad litigation background vs. narrow specialization
