Responsibilities
Preparing financial statements and audit-ready documentation for M&A activity
Supporting or leading purchase price allocation (PPA)
Addressing fair value assessments, goodwill, and intangible asset accounting
Coordinating with valuation specialists, auditors, legal, and due-diligence teams
Managing sensitive deal-related materials with discretion
Qualification
Required
5-10 years of accounting experience with direct M&A involvement
Strong understanding of ASC 805, PPA, and fair value concepts
Proven ability to prepare high-quality, audit-ready schedules and memos
Excellent communication, organization, and independent work skills
Preferred
restaurant industry experience
CPA license
R365 and advanced Excel skills
