Responsibilities
Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
Match invoices with purchase orders and resolve discrepancies
Manage payment runs (ACH, wire, checks)
Maintain vendor records and respond to vendor inquiries
Reconcile AP sub-ledger to the general ledger
Support month-end close and audit requests
Qualification
Required
2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
Strong understanding of AP processes and controls
Experience with ERP/accounting systems (NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar)
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Preferred
SaaS or tech experience
