Accounts Receivable Specialist
Sanel NAPA Auto Parts is looking for a Full-Time Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team in Concord, NH. The role involves managing customer payments, tracking account balances, and addressing past-due accounts to support the company's financial operations.

Responsibilities
Uphold safety and security of assets, customer data, account information, and company processes
Process and apply payments to customer accounts, including checks, ACH deposits, and credit cards
Monitor overdue accounts and take action to collect payments
Respond promptly to customer and store manager questions about balances or accounts
Process credit applications and set up new accounts
Keep customer files accurate and up to date
Assist with sending out monthly account statements
Work both independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or GED required
Customer service experience and good communication skills
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Preferred
Accounts receivable experience preferred
