Communications - Digital Content College Intern - (20066815)
The State of Ohio is seeking a college intern in the Communications Division. This position is ideal for a highly motivated student interested in digital communication strategy and web content management tools.

Responsibilities
Learn & assist the Communications team with website content development and maintenance
Use of tools to check for and maintain ADA accessibility for website content and documents (e.g. PDFs, Excel sheets, etc.)
Use of web analytics tools, such as PiWik and Acquia, to report on site usage and health
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be currently enrolled in an accredited degree program
Verifiable experience managing website content within a content management system, including working with legacy formats such as HTML
Position may require travel; therefore, persons occupying this position must be able to provide own transportation &/or legally operate a state-owned vehicle
For any educational achievements to be considered during the screening process, you must at least attach an unofficial transcript that details the coursework you have completed
Prior to an offer of employment, the final applicant will be required to sign a background check authorization form and undergo a criminal background check

Preferred experience using web analytics tools to measure website traffic
Preferred experience writing in Associated Press style
