Executive Sales Director
Design Public Group connects design driven consumers in retail and contract environments with beautiful ancillary furniture from around the globe. The Executive Sales Director will focus on driving sales to contract dealers and hospitality procurement firms, while establishing relationships with key decision makers and implementing innovative strategies to improve processes and client experience.

Responsibilities
Develop and grow new markets within the assigned territory, increase budgeted sales and increase market share
Establish and maintain relationships with key decision makers and influencers with organizations with complex environments, both new and existing
Continually implement innovative ways to improve processes, products, and client experience
Responsible for revenue growth and new product sales of Design Public Group to expand share of the existing customers’ business
Create a business plan for assigned territory that is consistently maintained and captures existing business and relationships with growth plans for 6-month, 12 months, and 24 months
Collaborate to help develop existing account strategies and tactics, local team/dealer integration, presentations, corporate visits, mock-ups, proposals, pricing, etc
Manage the identification, tracking, and development of sales opportunities with Salesforce
Maintain relevant reporting for designated territory
Participate in activities as appropriate to ensure the success of the organization
Qualification
Required
At least 3 years of relevant experience required
Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
Preferred
5 years of experience preferred
