Responsibilities

Optimize navigation, filters, on-site search, category pages, and PDPs to drive KPIs (conversion, AOV, page views, add-to-cart). Manage merchandising rules and product feeds across Bluemercury.com, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and emerging sales channels
Oversee end-to-end product setup, vendor asset intake, and backend processes to ensure high-quality, accurate content from launch through end-of-life. Lead promotion execution, GWPs, samples management, and site QA
Manage day-to-day operations across Bluemercury.com, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and additional third-party marketplaces. Own product feed accuracy, content quality, issue resolution, and merchandising strategy. Drive the launch and onboarding of new digital sales channels, ensuring operational readiness and brand consistency
Develop insights and performance reporting across all channels to monitor health, optimize strategy, and guide decision-making
Manage, coach, and develop the Ecommerce Coordinator by setting clear priorities, providing ongoing feedback, and building expertise in digital merchandising, channel operations, and item setup
Analyze KPIs, funnel metrics, customer behaviors, channel performance, and competitive trends to identify improvement opportunities. Partner with Analytics and Development teams to test, measure, and implement site and channel enhancements
Partner with Merchandising, Marketing, SEO, and Content teams to align promotions, brand storytelling, and channel content for a cohesive customer experience across all touchpoints

Required

Bachelor's degree; 3+ years in ecommerce, marketing, or retail (beauty/luxury a plus)
1+ year managing direct reports, with proven ability to coach and develop talent
Strong analytical skills with ecommerce/reporting tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
Experience with product feeds and ecommerce platforms (Shopify a plus)
Highly organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, and proactive in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Ecommerce, or a related field (Master's a plus)
3–7+ years of experience in ecommerce management, digital marketing, or online retail (depending on seniority level)
Proven track record of driving online sales growth and managing ecommerce platforms
Experience with major ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud)
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, email marketing, paid ads, social media)
Familiarity with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Looker, Tableau)
Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing, and UX/UI best practices
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and website performance optimization is often a plus
Ability to develop and execute ecommerce sales strategies aligned with business goals
Experience with pricing strategy, promotions, and online merchandising
Strong understanding of online customer behavior, acquisition, and retention
Knowledge of supply chain, inventory management, and fulfillment operations in an ecommerce context
Proficiency in analyzing KPIs (traffic, conversion rates, AOV, CLV, CAC)
Strong ability to interpret data to inform decisions and improve ROI
Experience preparing performance reports and presenting insights to leadership
Experience leading cross-functional teams (marketing, IT, design, customer service, logistics)
Vendor and partner management (payment gateways, third-party logistics, ad agencies)
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Results-oriented, detail-focused, and highly adaptable in a fast-changing environment
Strong leadership with a customer-first mindset
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
