InternSWBC is seeking talented students to join our College Intern Program in San Antonio, Texas. This is an exciting opportunity for college students who are motivated and eager to learn within their educational field of study, specifically in the financial services industry. Interns will gain practical hands-on experience and training while carrying out IT Asset Management & Mobile Device Management duties.

Responsibilities
Carries out IT Asset Management & Mobile Device Management duties including hardware/software procurement, inventory management, technical support & hardware retrieval
Performs new PC setup, configuration, and installation; rebuilds and upgrades existing hardware and peripherals, including software upgrades
Learns key technical skills to apply acquired knowledge and assists in problem solving
Gains practical, hands-on experience that will provide an opportunity for growth
Works alongside and shadows team members while expanding knowledge base with the ability to further develop your skills
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree at an accredited university/college in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related program
Expected graduation date of December 2026 or later
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills required
Detail oriented and possess excellent follow up skills
Organized and adapt well to change
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
Passion and desire for learning and a proactive energy for getting things done
Display maturity and a high level of professionalism
Preferred
Experience providing computer support and printer configuration preferred
Experience with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Outlook preferred
