$18/hr - $25/hrFamily Solutions of Ohio is seeking master’s-level Clinical Care Coordination Interns to join our Mental Health Services team. This internship provides hands-on clinical exposure working with diverse populations in community-based, outpatient, and behavioral health settings under the supervision of licensed clinicians.

Responsibilities
Conduct clinical intake assessments and assist with diagnostic impressions under supervision
Provide individual and group therapy under licensed supervision
Support treatment planning using evidence-based models
Deliver psychoeducation to clients and families
Assist with care coordination, referrals, and continuity of care
Observe and support crisis intervention and safety planning
Complete clinical documentation in the EHR in compliance with Medicaid and agency standards
Participate in supervision, case consultation, and interdisciplinary team meetings
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in an accredited master's program (Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, MFT, or related field)
Internship/practicum placement required for degree completion
Minimum 3.0 GPA
Strong written documentation skills
Ability to work independently with supervision
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHR systems
Additional requirements may include background check, drug screening, and reliable transportation for community-based services
Preferred
Coursework or experience in evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, MI, trauma-informed care preferred)
