They are seeking a Project Administrator to be responsible for project maintenance, reporting, analysis, and assisting Project Managers and stakeholders as required.

Responsibilities
Setup of Projects and Contracts
Project Updates
Reforecasting per PMO and division guidelines
Provide CPM financial status reports monthly
Assist with Invoicing, cost transfers and facilitating write downs
Identify projects to closeout per PMO guidelines and/or work with GSSC to complete
Join Project Controller Mentoring/Training Calls
Preparation and setting up of CLS records
Checking and ensuring the correct revenue recognition (POC %, cost, revenues, WIP, backlog)
Qualification
Required
Intermediate to advanced proficiency with desktop applications (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with project data entry and maintenance in enterprise systems
Familiarity with project accounting processes (e.g., invoicing, cost transfers, financial reporting)
Knowledge of revenue recognition principles
Preferred
Associate degree in Accounting or related field
Experience with Oracle or similar project accounting systems
