The role involves creating and writing various types of user documentation, including how-to guides and manuals, while collaborating with customer representatives and subject matter experts to understand required content.

Responsibilities
Write and document new SOPs for SAP EWM processes
Participate in build and testing phases to understand processes
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and external trainers
Create step-by-step instructions for 400+ employee training
Work with current documentation control specialist on formatting/standards
Create process maps and visual documentation
Coordinate with QA for document review/approval before entry into QMS
Qualification
Required
Technical writing experience with SOPs/process documentation
Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience/familiarity
SAP experience (EWM preferred, but general SAP navigation skills acceptable)
Ability to understand and document complex warehouse processes
Strong attention to detail for 300+ document project
Preferred
Visio experience (for process mapping)
Experience with system tools for process visualization
Training documentation experience
Familiarity with document control systems (they use Word templates → EKMS/Intellex)
