Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain Optimizely-based web applications
Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, backlog refinement)
Own user stories and deliver high-quality solutions independently
Troubleshoot performance, technical, and operational issues
Write and maintain technical documentation
Triage and resolve defects; communicate risks and blockers
Provide code walkthroughs and demos to technical leads and stakeholders
Support OneMember program goals through solution delivery

Required

Expert-level Optimizely CMS experience
Strong .NET development background
Proficiency with JavaScript and frameworks (React, Angular)

Strong testing experience (unit and integration)
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently and mentor junior staff
BA/BS in Computer Science or related field
10+ years of software development experience in online environments
