Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with C-suite executives and other key stakeholders in enterprise healthcare organizations
Act as a trusted advisor by understanding clients' business goals, challenges, and risk management needs
Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve client satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams to put together and present on tailored reporting and analysis
Oversee the implementation of and ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions with the support of our client management and data and analytics teams
Stay informed about trends, regulations, and emerging risks in the healthcare industry
Provide thought leadership and insights to clients, positioning Gallagher as a leader in the healthcare vertical
Work closely with Gallagher’s regional and national teams to leverage resources and expertise
Qualification
Required
License required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Communications, Risk Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
7+ years of experience in account management, or consulting, preferably within the healthcare or insurance industry
Proven track record of managing and growing large, complex accounts
Preferabbly a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including regulatory requirements, operational challenges, and risk exposures
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to analyze complex client needs and develop innovative solutions
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with clients and colleagues
Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities
Preferred
Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus
