$25/hr - $28/hrLatitude Inc is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Reporting / Process Data Analyst to analyze data from reports, identify trends, and develop more effective, data-driven processes. This role will partner with cross-functional teams to transform raw data into meaningful insights that improve efficiency, accuracy, and business performance.

Responsibilities
Analyze data from operational, financial, and performance reports to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities
Develop and maintain recurring and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and metrics for leadership and stakeholders
Translate data insights into actionable recommendations and optimized business processes
Evaluate existing workflows and processes and propose data-driven enhancements
Collaborate with business, operations, and IT teams to implement and track process improvements
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting sources
Document processes, methodologies, and reporting standards
Monitor KPIs and measure the effectiveness of implemented process changes
Support automation and continuous improvement initiatives related to reporting and analytics
Qualification
Required
Detail-oriented and analytical skills
Ability to analyze data from operational, financial, and performance reports
Experience in developing and maintaining recurring and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and metrics
Ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations
Experience in evaluating existing workflows and proposing data-driven enhancements
Collaboration skills with business, operations, and IT teams
Ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting sources
Documentation skills for processes, methodologies, and reporting standards
Monitoring KPIs and measuring the effectiveness of implemented process changes
Support for automation and continuous improvement initiatives related to reporting and analytics
