They are seeking a Patient Care Coordinator responsible for ensuring quality patient care and acting as a liaison between patients and surgeons, while also educating patients on procedures and services offered by the practice.

Responsibilities
Responds to web leads and phone calls from potential patients
Follows up with potential patients who need to schedule services, or who have yet to schedule services
Educates patients and possible patients on services, surgical process, and the practice
Assists surgeon in consultations with patients by documenting services discussed
Prepares and presents quotes for services
Cross-selling procedures and products offered in the practice
Communicates information about procedures, surgical process, and the practice effectively
Exemplifies the desired culture and philosophies of the organization working effectively as a team member with other members of management and the clinic staff
Qualification
Required
At least 1 -2 years of experience in an ASC/office-based surgery center preferred
Extensive sales and/or customer service experience
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong knowledge of cosmetic surgery procedures, treatments, and surgeries
Fosters an environment of collaboration and respect with colleagues, nurses, and other healthcare team members
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
