Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for employees across the AMERICAS region, addressing inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, payroll, and employee programs through voice, chat, and case‑management tools
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date employee records, including personal and confidential information
Support lifecycle processes such as onboarding, employee transitions, and offboarding
Process HR transactions including status changes, salary adjustments, promotions, benefits actions, and time‑off requests
Analyze feedback to improve employee support processes and enhance knowledge base content
Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams to ensure timely and accurate data processing for hires, terminations, promotions, and compensation updates
Digitally maintain employee records in alignment with company policies, retention requirements, and federal/state regulations
Ensure confidentiality of all employee information and uphold high standards of professionalism
Update and manage internal/external HR databases to ensure data integrity

Required

Strong customer service skills with the ability to actively listen and provide clear, accurate support

Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

A continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to identify process gaps and propose solutions
Experience collaborating with cross-functional HR, payroll, and operational teams

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
3–5 years of experience in HR Operations or a similar role
Strong understanding of HR administration processes, regulations, and HRIS tools
Experience with HRIS platforms (Oracle preferred) for data management and reporting
Excellent communication skills, accuracy, and strong attention to detail
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
Proficiency in English
