They are seeking a Warehouse & Distribution Manager to oversee daily operations, manage inventory, and coordinate staff while ensuring compliance and efficiency across all processes.

Responsibilities
Assess the productivity and layout of the warehouse and recommend improvements
Monitor product usage and maintain appropriate inventory min/max levels
Coordinate and verify cycle and periodic inventory counts
Audit inventory discrepancies and report findings to leadership
Identify cost-saving opportunities related to inventory and operations
Analyze usage reports to manage inventory turnover
Ensure inventory is clean, secure, and well-organized
Assist with new employee orientation, training, evaluations, and recordkeeping
Schedule staff, approve timecards, and resolve punch discrepancies
Ensure warehouse compliance with accreditation board requirements
Partner with department leaders to improve operational efficiency
Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment at all times
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Preferred
Prior management experience preferred
