Advance organizational research priorities and support the research enterprise of the organization’s clinical and scientific centers
Orchestrate core projects and standardize center-specific processes, focusing on strategic execution and compliance
Serve as the operational bridge for best practice adoption, scientific advancement, and resource optimization in support of cross-disciplinary teams
Partner closely with research leadership and project teams to ensure alignment of strategy, funding and compliance, standardize processes, optimize project delivery, and advance the mission and integrity of research activities across all centers
Qualification
Required
At least 5 years of experience in research, project management, or process improvement
Bachelor's Degree (Education, Business, Healthcare, or related field)
