VP of Electric
Cummins Worldwide is actively building and scaling its electrical division and is seeking a Vice President of Electric to lead operations, production, and long-term growth. This senior leadership role is responsible for turning an active electrical operation into a high-performing, scalable division, ensuring consistent production and growth.

Responsibilities
Own the day-to-day operations of the Electric Division
Ensure the service calendar is full, organized, and producing weekly revenue
Oversee execution of 10–15 jobs per week, with aggressive growth targets
Identify and resolve production slowdowns or operational breakdowns quickly
Lead and support electricians and administrative staff
Hold field teams accountable to daily and weekly production expectations
Create structure, clarity, and consistency across field operations
Build a positive, high-output team culture focused on results
Drive expansion efforts including hiring additional electricians and increasing job volume
Scale the division from $6K–$10K per week to $30K–$50K+ per week, with long-term targets of $100K/week
Work closely with leadership to develop systems that support sustainable growth
Track value of services delivered (VSD), job completion, and division profitability
Ensure operational efficiency, quality control, and customer satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Experience in electrical field operations or trade-based leadership
Operationally strong and decisive
Comfortable managing both people and production in a fast-moving, trade-based environment
