Responsibilities
Serve as primary liaison for all third-party research software vendors and manage vendor relationships
Support researcher onboarding and offboarding processes, including managing access to tools and software platforms
Monitor research account balances and provide recommendations for renewal strategies
Distribute research opportunities to participant panels and collaborate with researchers to optimize recruitment messaging
Support and expand participant panels through template creation, community engagement, and targeted recruiting efforts
Provide expert guidance on participant recruiting processes and serve as the primary resource for recruiting questions
Generate regular reports on tool usage and participant panel metrics
Identify gaps in process documentation, gather accurate information, and update materials accordingly
Develop and maintain scalable training materials about research practices for diverse audiences
Create interactive learning resources including videos, guides, and instructional content
Ensure compliance with privacy regulations, consent processes, and data protection requirements
Respond to ad hoc queries about research operations and provide timely support to researchers
Manage multiple concurrent tasks with competing priorities while maintaining accountability and follow-through
Qualification
Required
Two to four years of professional experience in relevant fields
One to three years of experience in UX research, digital marketing, program management, or related disciplines
Demonstrated experience creating persuasive marketing content or participant outreach materials
Background supporting research operations, research teams, or adjacent functions
Experience managing vendor relationships or third-party tool platforms
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience
Exceptional written communication skills with demonstrated ability to write persuasive and instructional content
Strong verbal communication skills for stakeholder management across multiple teams
Ability to create and evaluate participant screeners and customer profiles
Process documentation and technical writing expertise
Independent problem-solving capabilities with minimal oversight
Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
Self-motivation and proactive issue identification
Customer service orientation with strong follow-through
Ability to learn and apply new concepts quickly
Familiarity with compliance frameworks including GDPR and data privacy policies
Experience with participant recruiting workflows and research operations
Comfort navigating structured processes and compliance requirements
Proficiency with collaboration platforms, documentation tools, and work tracking systems
Experience with research tools such as UserTesting, User Interviews, Respondent, or Qualtrics
Ability to create or support development of e-learning experiences
