Responsibilities
Design enterprise B2B, internal web-based tools that support relay carriers and operational teams
Translate complex workflows into simple, intuitive user experiences
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and executive stakeholders to deliver elegant design solutions that influence product decisions and roadmaps
Qualification
Required
UX Wire-framing and Prototyping
Primary UX Research (qualitative observational research)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Project Management / Stakeholder Management
Preferred
Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills including the ability to communicate complex, interactive design concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization
Self-starter who is a customer-obsessed, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic team player
Ability to work with highly technical teams and handle multiple projects in an agile, fast-paced environment
Experience with tools such as Figma, Dovetail, and AI tools
