Provide Exceptional Customer Service : Go above and beyond to create personalized and engaging shopping experiences for each client
Build Relationships : Foster lasting connections with clients, ensuring their loyalty and satisfaction with every visit
Achieve Sales Goals : Consistently meet or exceed both individual and store-wide sales targets
Client Needs First : Listen, understand, and provide tailored recommendations based on each customer’s style and preferences
Resolve Issues with Ease : Handle customer inquiries or concerns with professionalism, offering timely resolutions to enhance satisfaction
Maintain Visual Standards : Uphold the brand's presentation by ensuring that products are merchandised beautifully and the store remains pristine at all times
Inventory & Shipment Support : Actively participate in the receipt and organization of new stock, ensuring that the store is always fully stocked and visually appealing
Team Collaboration : Communicate effectively with peers, management, and corporate to ensure smooth store operations and a positive working atmosphere
Flexible Availability : Be ready to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate the store’s needs
Qualification
Required
A passion for fashion with a deep knowledge of current trends
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with clients and make them feel at home
A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed sales targets
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Positive, friendly, and confident with a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service
Must be flexible and able to accommodate a dynamic schedule that includes evenings and weekends
Preferred
