Creates and implements a system for effective management of resources, delivery of finished goods, inventory, quality control, and customer service
Responsible for inventory, quality control, and data entry
Complies with all safety procedures and requirements and attends training sessions accordingly
Other duties as assigned

Qualification
Required
Degree in management or related field, or any combination of equivalent education and experience
Proven experience in production services, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
Experience training and working with people with disabilities
Knowledge of efficient production, effective quality control, and workplace safety practices
Capable of meeting standards set for the quality and timeliness of work, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Must be free of tuberculosis in a communicable form
Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with prolonged periods of standing
Must be able to complete tasks that require a full range of motion to include pushing/pulling, crouching, stooping, or reaching at/below shoulder level and overhead
